They don’t accept any bookings. It’s always first come and first serve and you gotta expect to wait for an hour to have the meal normally.

Barista Class @ Mascavada Cafe

We are aware of how important the barista role is…

We are now offering people to take our Barista Class at Mascavada Cafe.

Our Barista Class is very special… Why?

We are doing it based on small number of people. 2-3 people.

I’ve been teaching at other barista classes and also took the barista class myself long time ago.

Most classes are running the class with 10-12 students.

The question is by the end of the class “can they really make coffee?”

The answer is “No” always.

Barista is a very practical job. They  need to have the right knowledge about the coffees good enough to educate the customers and make the coffee under their requests.

But with those number of students, it is impossible for them to train students.

I, Ryan as a Head Barista and Owner at Mascavada Cafe have been running my own barista classes and successfully I could train them to make the good quality of coffee by the end of the class.
